1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InterviewMe.TV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use InterviewMe.TV only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform to create, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@interviewme.tv of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused features. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create on the platform — shows, episodes, scripts, and assets. By using our AI features, you grant us a limited license to process your content to generate AI outputs on your behalf. We do not use your content to train our models.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content (scripts, research, promotional material) is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before publication. You are responsible for the final content you publish. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs.
7. Third-Party Services
InterviewMe.TV integrates with third-party services (Google, YouTube, Zoom, Stripe, GoHighLevel). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterviewMe.TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
